Hi, I'm Jo, an author, coach and a recovering stressed out Mama Bear!
I'm originally from England and have lived for the past 26 years in Atlanta with my husband and our 4 boys.
Last year, I stepped away from a 25-year career in Corporate America because, after a 6-month furlough, I finally realized just how much stress I'd been under.

I've always known in my heart that I was meant to write. Last year, I found the courage to take a leap and form my own company as an author and coach.
My newfound passion is to bring love and light to my fellow Mama Bears and write books to touch the hearts of their kids.
